in regards to the police scanner, the question i came in here to ask is; i see that my city of little rock has 24 police frequencies, the city is roughly 190,000 people and has about 560 cops total i’m assuming there are approximatly 75 patrolmen on duty at all times. my question is are all these different frequencies going at one time and specified for a certain area of the city? so could listen to the whole city at one time or do i pretty much have to pick a certain area to listen too?
